Mike Sosnowski was born in 1956. He graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1977. The following year he was hired as an animator for Ralph Bakshi's "Lord of the Rings". The past 22 years he has been a storyboard artist. Working for everyone from Filmation to Disney.
Mike's paintings have been published in JUXTAPOZ the alternative art magazine and SPECTRUM the annual competition for the best in contemporary fantastic art. They have also appeared in several galleries over the past few years including La Luz De Jesus, Merry Karnowsky and Tamara Bane galleries in L.A. and the Minna Gallery in San Francisco.
