SECURE
ORDERING: Halloween
Town uses a Verisign certified secure shopping system, so you know that
all sensitive information is secure. Click the following link for more

ORDERING
& PAYMENT: NO SHIPMENT TO PO BOXES,
UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
Payment
Methods -
Credit cards: Visa and Mastercard accepted. We will verify the credit
card to the billing address if it doesn’t match the order will not be
processed.
We
do not accept: checks, money orders, cashiers checks or cash.
We
are not accepting Paypal at this time.
Incorrect
Addresses- If any order
is returned to us undelivered by our shipping partner due to an incorrect
address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for and
will be charged for any additional shipping fees that are incurred.
If any charges are incurred to us due to an address input mistake on the customer's part, the $6.00 UPS address correction fee will be billed to the customer's card without notice.
Refused Orders - If any order is returned to us undelivered by our shipping partner due to the customers refusal to accept shipment, the customer is responsible for and will be charged for all additional shipping fees that are incurred, including the original shipment cost and the return shipment cost. Price of merchandise returned in good condition will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
Canadian
Orders:
We are currently shipping via UPS only to Canada. Please be aware of the customs charges your country may charge you for your order. Halloween Town is not resonsible for theses charges and have no way of determining what they may be.
International
orders:
US and Canada only at this time
Domestic
Shipping- We ship all
domestic orders UPS ground insured.
We will normally
process your order in 2- 5 business days of receipt. Additional to that,
allow up to 5 UPS ground business days for your package to be delivered.
This is subject to change during October and December. The new shipping
time frames will be posted for this busy period.
Hawaii
and Alaska- Lower 48 states

and Military- Not available

Return Policy-
ALL
SALES ON THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL - Wigs, Hats, Masks, Cosmetics,
Music, Books, Videos, Special orders, Intimate apparel, Halloween
costumes and accessories. Ex Mortis products are made to order - all sales are final.
If you would
like to return or exchange an item you must contact us by e-mail within
three days of receiving your order at Halloweentown7@aol.com to receive
a Return Authorization (RA) number. If you fail to contact us within the
three day time frame we will not accept your request for return.
When your RA# is issued your package must be postmarked within five days
of the authorization. Packages postmarked after the five days and/or without
the RA number on the box will be denied.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Items returned must be in original
unused condition & original packaging. We do not accept returns on
items that we feel have been used, and will not issue credit and you will
be responsible for shipping costs back to you. Refused shipments will
be charged for original and return postage fees along with a 20% restocking
fee.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on returns.
